RFP Bidding : Frequently Asked Questions

Is there any cost to place a bid on an RFP?

No. There is never a cost to place a bid on an RPF.

How do I submit a bid?

First, view the open RFP's on the listings page. Once you find an RFP you would like to bid on, simply click on "Bid on this RPF!" You will then be able to input your response to the RFP's requirements and submit a cost total.

Can I submit additional documentation with my bid?

Yes. Simply select the "Attachments" box when you are entering in your bid information and you will be able to select up to 5 files from your PC which will be automatically uploaded to our server. These files will then be sent to the RFP submittor along with your information. We recommend these files be in a widely used format that the submittor can read.

Will I be notified if I am awarded the contract?

It will be up to the RFP submittor to notify the winning bidder once the RFP is closed. All RFP's close at midnight on the date listed on the RFP. BidCorp.com is not a party to the decision in who is awarded the contract. The listing member has their own rules, regulations and officials in place to make this decision.

How much will I be charged if I am awarded the contract?

Please review our fee schedule for this information.

How can I view the attachments supplied with an RFP?

An RFP can include any number of attachments. Although BidCorp.com recommends that RFP attachments be in the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), they can be in any number of formats. To view attachments in the PDF format, just download the attachment by clicking on it and then view the file using the PDF Viewer. If you do not have the PDF Viewer, you can download it from our help page.
