How to Use BidCorp.com Login

Using BidCorp.com is easy.....

If you would like to post RFP's

1. Register. It only takes a few minutes to register. Click here to register or read our Registration FAQ.

2. Visit Our Listings Area. Once you are registered, go to our listings area by selecting "RFPs" from the menu bar where you can review some of the RFP's listed by other members.

3. Add Your Own Listings. Begin posting your own RFP's by selecting the "List an RFP" button. It's free!

4. Notify Your Vendors. We are committed to working with you to help you be successful, but we need your help to make sure all of your vendors are notified. Please send all vendors email, faxes, or letters announcing your membership at Bidcorp.com and encourage them to register. Future RFP advertisements should also include language to notify potential bidders that your RFP can be located at Bidcorp.com. Notifying vendors and getting them to use Bidcorp.com will cut down on your phone calls, mail, and paper RFP reproduction requirements.


If you would like to post responses to RFP's

1. Register. It only takes a few minutes to register. Click here to register or read our Registration FAQ.

2. Visit Our Listings Area. Once you are registered, go to our listings area by selecting "RFPs" from the menu bar where you can view the RFP's listed by members. The RFP's can be viewed by category, new today, or ending today. In addition, you can search for specific keywords located within any RFP in our active database.

3. Submit your proposal. Once you find an RFP you would like to bid on, click on "Bid on this RFP!" and you will be able to submit your proposal and attach any supporting documentation to your bid.
