Yes. Bidcorp.com encourages you to use your existing practices along with our web site. This is the only way to be sure that you do not leave a vendor out of the process. We will work with you to encourage your vendors to begin using the online service, while working for you to find additional vendors for your projects. You can help us by referring all your current vendors to the web site. There is no cost for vendors to register!

How does Bidcorp.com make money?

Bidcorp.com currently charges the successful bidder a small fee. Our fee schedule can be viewed here. We believe that front loaded fees creates a barrier to entry which would limit the number of vendors who will use the web site.

What about the legal ramifications of using Bidcorp.com?

Bidcorp.com takes this question very seriously. We have worked hard to make sure that our service does not add any new legal concerns or burden to your entity. If your entity has special concerns that we can address, please contact us.
