*Listing Member (Municipality) can receive a substantial discount for prepaying for their anticipated number of RFP listings for the year. Discounts are negotiated on an individual basis. Please call to receive your quote.

*If the Listing Member Pre-pays a flat fee for their expected activity there are no charges to the Successful Bidder or the Listing Member for each listing.

Auction Fees

Auction fees apply to successful auctions only. Successful auctions are defined as auctions that receive at least one bid that meets or exceeds the reserve price that is set by the Auctioneer.

Standard Fee: 5%

Contract Database Fees

There is no fee to access government contracts posted in the Contract Database.

Standard ASP Website

There is a $295 fee to use BidCorp.com technology to power your existing website. This fee applies to our standard package. If your needs require custom website features or development, additional fees apply. Custom website charges are quoted on an individual basis.
